I am Dhruv Gupta from delhi age 20 year persuing Ca and I need a counselling for my mental health which i think was not nice.
because i am very addicted to instagram and youtube and the problem I feel that this i have this feeling this whole world is a dream or i am living in a dream which cut me off to real world like there is a wall between me and real world i fell detach with everything and everything feels insignificant like nothing matters unable to focus on study and very strange feeling that i will woke up one day and everything will be good like or like dream will get over and also one heart broke experience which make this feeling worse i need help in this I found this website because i got to know about iskcon recently and found that there i can tell openly and there are all devotee so sharing all this
