Hare Krishna!
I was told to use a monthly japa excellence table to keep record of the quality of my japa, but what exactly is this table? Where can I get it? & What does it look like?
Have devotees who kept notes of their japa found it useful?

Usually whole sadhana system established by Srila Prabhupada is only for the sake of chanting good japa.
1. Waking up early in the morning before Brahma Muhurta
2. Taking bath
3. Attending Mangala Arati showing gratitude to our Guru Parampara, praying to Lord Narasimahdev, worshiping to Tulasi Maharani, Shikshashtakam...
4. Then chanting. Early in the morning...
....1-2 hours reading of Srila Prabhupada's books,
...hearing lectures
...association of Devotees
....Deity worship
...Jiva doya - preaching or Prasadam distribution...
so in this way whatever we do in our life is only for better japa.
