Is there any effects of Mantras available in Kaliyuga?
If any devotee worship Avtar of Dattatreya is that consider as Devotee of Krishna?
Swami Samarth Aslo consider as Avtar or Lord Bramha, Vishnu, Mahesh. Is there bhakti has same importance as Hare Krishna?
Please clear all doubts in details.

I have not gone through the link mentioned by you above.
There are lots of effects of mantra, available esp in Kaliyuga. The only yuga dharma in kaliyuga is the holy name of the lord. That is the only way to attract and please the lord. The effects start from removing negativity in us to even liberating us from the cycle of birth and death and to giving us pure unalloyed love for God. It depends on us how far we want to go.
Not aware of any avatar of Dattatreya.
Swami Samarth considered avatar by which authority? We follow the authority of only Srimad Bhagawatam, in which is is clearly mentioned that when and where lord will appear, who will be His parents, what will be His activities when He is on earth etc. I have not read/ heard of Swami Samarth at all.
Last Q not understood. If you mean whether bhakti of Swami Samarth the same as Hare Krsna mahamantra, answer is an obvious no.
