yes they do meet one once but twice . one time already depicted by zola preetem prabhuji.
one more time in sandipani rushi's ashram it was last day of krishna in that ashram and rushi asked him to come and meet him at that time bhagwan parshuram came to krishna and handed over him the "sudarshan chakra" and told him that he has been kept it for long now it is time for him to take it as it should be his weapon in dwapara yug. now this sudarshan chakra belongs to vishnu of earth and it said that it is humble gift from "vishnu" to "purna purshottam(krishna)".

Drona acharya was Lord Prashuram's disciple. So Drona used to live at the same time when Lord Krishna was present on Earth. So might be Lord Krishna meet with Lord Prasuram.
