Maha Mantra & Interfaith

The  LDS Church in Gilbert organized Sixth Annual Interfaith Thanksgiving Service, and invited me to deliver Benediction/ Closing Remarks. LDS stands for Latter Day Saints- also nick named as Mormon. ( But in Krishna Consciousness LDS means Loving Devotional Servant)
There were more than  400 attendees and they all  chanted Maha Mantra and danced all across the floor joined by several members who played cymbals, kartals  and clapped joyfully.
The choir also played MAHA MANTRA.
Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare!
Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare!
Its meaning was displayed on a card board, held by Pastor Deborah Lerner and Andrew Ferolino. Both were wearing blessed garland from Sri Sri Radha MadhavaHari Dham, ISKCON of Phoenix.  The Maha Mantra itself was projected on two Multi-media screens. That is preaching, so pleasing to Chaitanya MahaPrabhu- mercy of Srila Prabhupada! Countless number of devotees thanked me, got my business cards with Maha Mantra printed on the back of the card. Many  hugged and thanked and asked its meaning again. Jay Srila Prabhupada! Jay Guru & Gauranga!
