Hare Krishna devotees,PAMHO.I have gone through totalveg site. Most of the recipies are time consuming for me. They aren't particularly useful for bachelors like me.Can somebody suggest some website/ or recipies [specially soups] which are not very time consuming to prepare [total. time 15 mins]?PS. I want to minimize overall time, so don't include those vegetables which require more time to cut. Please consider this as priority as I urgently need some help on this. I will be highly obliged to you for your replies.Your servant, chirag.

For that time I can make ready all vegetable for cutting. So it is unimaginable.
Maybe You can try to buy already cut vegetables Prabhu and fry some spices on 1-2 tea spoon ghee. Then add vegetables then add some milk or curd on the place of water or on the place of adding too much ghee.
Curd or milk makes subji tastier and no need to add too much oil.
See what Srila Prabhupada used to make: kichri, chapatis...
For soups You may try again cut vegetables and sprouted beans. It will be faster.
1) Toast bread - apply butter and oregano seeds. Your toast will give new taste.
2) Boil dry fruits in milk and have. It is heavy and sustaining.
3) Buy sweet corn (taken out from the corn pod) from the super market. After washing, put it in the mixie and turn once for one or two seconds. The corn will not become a paste, it will be grainy. Take it out in a container, add water and boil it. Add salt, little sugar and vinegar. Sweet corn soup is ready.
4) Take 2 tomato, half a carrot, some cabbage, half potato, 1 inch ginger, 4 beans. Wash and put in cooker with water and allow 3-4 whistles. After the cooker is opened, put the contents through a seive and what remains in the seive, put through a mixie and again through a seive. Then add water as per consistency, put to boil, add salt and black pepper powder. Soup is ready.
5) Take some corn and put in mixie for 1 -2 seconds to make it grainy. Then take some butter (very little) in a kadhai and when it starts to melt, add shredded cabbage, one tbsp. When that starts to catch the bottom of the karai, add little (1 tbsp) capsicum cut into small peices. Then add that corn, then milk. Let it boil a little. Add salt, black pepper powder and soup is ready.
If these are making any sense to you, will tell you more.
