lord brahma and his loka is not permanent. Lord Brahma along with lord shiva will get liberated from their duties at the time of final annihilation and will be elevated to vaikuntha loka. His liberation is admitted by lord shiva in Rudra Gita in srimad bhagavatam (SB 4.24.29)

At the final annihilation of the universe, everything is reversed step by step in the same way it was firstly created at the time of creation of universe!!

After the entire constituents of this universe is wrapped up, then, ultimately this universe will be absorbed back by Supreme Lord, Maha-Vishnu who is outside the universe.

Only and Only Vaikuntha loka is eternal which is actually outside the universe and the brahm-prakash (brahm/impersonal lord/bright effulgence of lord's body or it is sometimes called brahma-jyoti). In this vaikuntha, there lives THE SUPREME LORD, LORD NARAYANA!!

    Hare Krishna,

Yes Brahmaloka is temporary and is annihilated during the complete dissolution of the material world. i.e, when Maha Vishnu inhales all the universes. It happens after 100 years of Brahma.
