Please guide me with questions with kanthi and what to do if it's bead gets broken.

Hare krsna!! My humble obeisances unto your lotus feet.I have been wearing a kanthi since a few months but not long. Recently only a bead broke from the kanthi not the string but just a bead. I have a few questions about this.
