Lila avataras

Hare Krishna,

I once read in Srimad Bhagavatam that lila avatars occur once in a day of lord brahma. My doubt is if lord kalki appears in end of this chatur yuga,Then who will end the kali yuga of next chatur yuga if lord kalki appears only once in a day of brahma?

  • It is not said in any vedic scripture that Lord kalki appear always in every kaliyuga. next kaliyuga may end by the mercy of some sages or devotees of Hari. But some devotees consider that Lord kalki appear in every kali yuga. but still there is no vedic evidence.

    • When Srimad Bhagavatam confronts, all qualified Acaryas become silent, on the knees with folded hands and begging for the mercy and forgiveness. Because they doing that, their qualified followers follow the same.

But those proud and  unqualifed followers wont do that, they confront directly Lord Krishnas words:

SB 10.3.43O supremely chaste mother, I, the same personality, have now appeared of you both as your son for the third time. Take My words as the truth.

Maybe Acarya didnt read this sloka, therefore took from the another purana that Krishna appear ones in a day of Brahma. Anyway, we know the truth know and lets leave it behind us.

By the way do we know who is Sri Krishna, Sri Krishna is Narayana rishi, twin brother of Nara rishi who appeared as Arjuna. :

SB 10.89.57Lord Kṛṣṇa offered homage to Himself in this boundless form, and Arjuna, astonished at the sight of Lord Mahā-Viṣṇu, bowed down as well. Then, as the two of them stood before Him with joined palms, the almighty Mahā-Viṣṇu, supreme master of all rulers of the universe, smiled and spoke to them in a voice full of solemn authority.
SB 10.89.58[Lord Mahā-Viṣṇu said:] I brought the brāhmaṇa’s sons here because I wanted to see the two of you, My expansions, who have descended to the earth to save the principles of religion. As soon as you finish killing the demons who burden the earth, quickly come back here to Me.
SB 10.89.59Although all your desires are completely fulfilled, O best of exalted personalities, for the benefit of the people in general you should continue to exemplify religious behavior as the sages Nara and Nārāyaṇa.
SB 10.89.60-61Thus instructed by the Supreme Lord of the topmost planet, Kṛṣṇa and Arjuna assented by chanting om, and then they bowed down to almighty Lord Mahā-Viṣṇu. Taking the brāhmaṇa’s sons with them, they returned with great delight to Dvārakā by the same path along which they had come. There they presented the brāhmaṇa with his sons, who were in the same infant bodies in which they had been lost.

SB 10.69.15The Lord bathed Nārada’s feet and then put the water on His own head. Although Lord Kṛṣṇa is the supreme spiritual authority of the universe and the master of His devotees, it was proper for Him to behave in this way, for His name is Brahmaṇya-deva, “the Lord who favors the bṛāhmaṇas.” Thus Śrī Kṛṣṇa honored the sage Nārada by bathing his feet, even though the water that bathes the Lord’s own feet becomes the Ganges, the ultimate holy shrine.
SB 10.69.16After fully worshiping the great sage of the demigods according to Vedic injunctions, Lord Kṛṣṇa, who is Himself the original sage — Nārāyaṇa, the friend of Nara — conversed with Nārada, and the Lord’s measured speech was as sweet as nectar. Finally the Lord asked Nārada, “What may We do for you, Our lord and master?”

Do you think that to be confrontational to ? Well It should not be, because Lord accepts everyones mood.

    • Even god brothers, the students from the same teacher confront each other, what to talk about others.

In Kali yuga everybody confronts everybody because of pollution and illusion.

SB 12.3.25In the Kali age people tend to be greedy, ill-behaved and merciless, and they fight one another without good reason. Unfortunate and obsessed with material desires, the people of Kali-yuga are almost all śūdras and barbarians.

SB 12.3.38Uncultured men will accept charity on behalf of the Lord and will earn their livelihood by making a show of austerity and wearing a mendicant’s dress. Those who know nothing about religion will mount a high seat and presume to speak on religious principles.

      ----------------------------------------------------
SB 12.3.45In the Kali-yuga, objects, places and even individual personalities are all polluted. The almighty Personality of Godhead, however, can remove all such contamination from the life of one who fixes the Lord within his mind.
SB 12.3.46If a person hears about, glorifies, meditates upon, worships or simply offers great respect to the Supreme Lord, who is situated within the heart, the Lord will remove from his mind the contamination accumulated during many thousands of lifetimes.

    • Generally speaking, in the past and now, 4 Vaishnava sampradayas agree in more or less in one thing, that Lord Vishnu is the Supreme God, everything else is more or less subject of confrontation.

    • Sri Parikshit didnt go to his mother after hearing the Srimad Bhagavatam :

SB 12.6.4I have heard from you this Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam, which is the perfect summary of all the Purāṇas and which perfectly describes the Supreme Lord, Uttamaḥśloka.

SB 12.6.5My lord, I now have no fear of Takṣaka or any other living being, or even of repeated deaths, because I have absorbed myself in that purely spiritual Absolute Truth, which you have revealed and which destroys all fear.
SB 12.6.6O brāhmaṇa, please give me permission to resign my speech and the functions of all my senses unto Lord Adhokṣaja. Allow me to absorb my mind, purified of lusty desires, within Him and to thus give up my life.

      ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There is no question about expansions, Sri Krishna  personally appear as their son three times :

SB 10.3.43O supremely chaste mother, I, the same personality, have now appeared of you both as your son for the third time. Take My words as the truth.

    • SB 10.3.32The Supreme Personality of Godhead Sri Krishna replied: My dear mother, best of the chaste, in your previous birth, in the Svāyambhuva millennium, you were known as Pṛśni, and Vasudeva, who was the most pious Prajāpati, was named Sutapā.

      --------------------------------------------------------------

SB 10.3.42In the next millennium, I again appeared from the two of you, who appeared as My mother, Aditi, and My father, Kaśyapa. I was known as Upendra, and because of being a dwarf, I was also known as Vāmana.

      --------------------------------------------------------------------------

Lord Krishna have been appeared three times  in three yugas or milleniums :

As  Prisni son, as Aditi son, and as Devaki son, according to His words to mother Devaki.
