With the blessing of Guru & Lord Krishna I left drinks ,cigarettes and tea from about eight years. But I do drink Desi tea and some times Green tea without milk. Is Green tea is harmful as normal tea or not?

Hi if you mean chinese or japanese green tea, It contain caffein, But fermented tea doesnt have, black tea like puer doesnt have.
But ceylon tea definately have cafein.

true even green tea we do not drink indeed this tea has more caffeine in it than in black.
