As per lecture of HH Bhakti Vidya Purna Swami Maharaja no. That image where Lakshmi Devi is alone surrounded with wealth is not real Lord Narayana's wife Lakshmi Devi but wife of Lord Indra Indrani.
Lakshmi Devi is always along with Lord Vishnu massaging His feet.
