Hare Krshn revered devotees!

All glories to Srila Prabhupada!

I'm in a very confusing state while reading to Beyond Birth & Death. I started and while reading somehow i started searching online about topics like "Whom Shiva Meditates upon?" & later I found that Brahma is the only Supreme. That very moment my confusion started. 

I used to know, being from a religious family that Vishnu is in his deep sleep  while conscious and Shiva meditates upon Vishnu being supreme. As its also mentioned many a times by Goswami TulsiDas in his RamCharitManasa. 

I also read somewhere that Geeta has been DOCTORED by ISKCON to prove its aim in making Krshn's followers around the globe, which I don't believe knowing Krishna teaches Arjuna about Him be the Supreme.

He, I just recalled smply says, I am the cause of all causes and responsible for the fruits of your all works. Now, he further says that I'm the one who is recalled in YAGNAS and without me they are not complete being the fact that, Krshn is never recalled in any YAGNAS(as far my little knowledge is), only VISHNU is recalled and he is IMPORTANT to be a part of all the YAGNAS. 

Also, while reading Sunderkand, a part of RamCharitManas(at the same time around of Shri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu), in the instance when Vibhishana comes tom Lord Ram after being thrown from Lanka, he was stopped by monkeys and Sugreev. Then Lord Ram tells

सुनहु सखा निज कहउँ सुभाऊ। जान भुसुंडि संभु गिरिजाऊ।।
जौं नर होइ चराचर द्रोही। आवे सभय सरन तकि मोही।।
तजि मद मोह कपट छल नाना। करउँ सद्य तेहि साधु समाना।।
जननी जनक बंधु सुत दारा। तनु धनु भवन सुह्रद परिवारा।।
सब कै ममता ताग बटोरी। मम पद मनहि बाँध बरि डोरी।।
समदरसी इच्छा कछु नाहीं। हरष सोक भय नहिं मन माहीं।।
अस सज्जन मम उर बस कैसें। लोभी हृदयँ बसइ धनु जैसें।।
तुम्ह सारिखे संत प्रिय मोरें। धरउँ देह नहिं आन निहोरें।।
दो0- सगुन उपासक परहित निरत नीति दृढ़ नेम।
ते नर प्रान समान मम जिन्ह कें द्विज पद प्रेम।।48।।

Now, when Lord Ram is telling that I who's shelter one takes is blessed and even Lord Shiva is telling that everyone who worships none other than RAM is Asura, Ram became ONE and All. 

My questions are:

1. Weather Krshn turned to VISHNU while preaching to Arjun?
2. WHo Shiva meditates upon?
3. Who Vishnu meditates upon?
4. Who Bramha meditates upon as he is also in meditation everytime?
5. If Ram is One and All why he is overcome by Krshn? 
6. if Krshn is one why only Vishnu is rememebered in YAGNAS? 

Please enlighten me. I'm so ignorant to understand the pure deepest knowledge but I'm still trying to survive in this MAYA and devote more to most merciful Krshn.
