I personally hv the universal cosmic form of the godhead as shown to arjun while blessing the gita,in my heart which removes all my problems,useless thoughts and psychologival contamination instantaneoulsy.........Honestly speaking I don't have very much devoted feeling towards krishna's humanly form(not much strengthened) often I find that though I hv the deepest feeling for the virat swaroop of krishna yet that doesn't always exists for long time continonously..............so if my lackness to admire lord's humanly form personality with shri radha ji is a hindrance ???????? or the cause of my inconsistency with krishna's consciousness is only due to senses being out of control?????means what should I do to increase my feeeling and decotion towards the lord????(with 4 chant rounds almost daily nowadays)

Please be consistent and chant 4 rounds everyday. As long as you are doing that, the rest will fall in place.
Regarding viswaroopa vs personal form, the reason the lord has explained the viswarupa and then showed it is for fallen souls like us who cannot appreciate the personal form of the lord. There are a lot of people who think nature is supreme. Therefore, the lord has explained His form integrated with nature.
There is no harm in meditating on the universal form. Pls do that - ISKCON has pictures of the universal from (artisitic respresentation). You can purchase those, frame them and meditate on them.
Cause of your inconsistency is due to senses being out of control.
Apart from chanting 4, if you could follow 4 regulative principles also, it would help you advance faster.
