Hare Krishna,

Dandavat Pranam,

In Chaitanya Charitamrita , Mahaprabhu told: "Krishna, son of Nanda Maharaj never left Vrindavan."

who then gave the knowledge of Gita to Arjuna in Kurukshetra ? why did the gopis lament when Akrura

took him to Mathura ?

If Nanda kumara never left Vrindavan then why  did the gopis including Radharani got into argument in lamantation with Akrura when he came back to Vrindavan bringing the message of krishna ? They were depressed as they were not able to see krishna. right?*/

Lord dissappeared from their sight, not from Vrindavana. It is playful pastimes, to increase the love of the gopis for him, because love intensify in separation. As we find in Bhagavatam the incident of Narada muni, when he was meditating on the Lord , Lord disappears from his sight after giving him an appearance for few seconds, then Narada muni felt intense separation and tears falling from his eyes, then Lord said to him SB 1.6.22: O virtuous one, you have only once seen My person, and this is just to increase your desire for Me, because the more you hanker for Me, the more you will be freed from all material desires. So same happens with Gopis also, Lord did to increase their love for him.

Krishna can expand himself in many forms to suits the pastimes he is playing.

The Krsna known as Yadu-kumara is Vasudeva Krsna. He is different from the Krsna who is the son of Nanda Maharaja. Yadu-kumara Krsna manifests His pastimes in the cities of Mathura and Dvaraka, but Krsna the son of Nanda Maharaja never at any time leaves Vrndavana.
    (Sri Caitanya-caritamrta Antya-lila 1.67)

Also It is to be noted an individual soul in liberated state can also expand in many forms . Vedanta sutra 4.4.15 : which states that the pervasion of many bodies by the released soul is like that of a lamp, which is in one place but the illumination is in many places.
