Krishna loves everyone unlimitedly not only cows but You and even me also :-)
Because His heart is like an unlimited ocean. There is enough place for each of us - insignificant souls even Jagay Madhays.
Especially Krishna takes care of those who are busy with serving to others. Like Brahmanas. They only study and teach others about the goal of life. They do not have time for earning money and to live opulent life. Because of that Krishna takes care of them. In this way cows also are busy only serving to others by producing milk, dung, urine, ghee....
all they do is service to others. they eat not for themselves but as a result to give to us milk, dung no wastage....
And drinking that milk our brain cells grow, and only cow ghee is used for yagyas.
Because of that Krishna mostly takes care of cows.
If we also become like cows fully being engaged in the service to Him and to His Devotees then for sure Krisha will take care of us.
