Kindly give Khichadi Recipie as per ISKCON style. If you have any link of video showing this recipie, it is most welcome. In Mayapur, they are using Panch Forun (this spelling might be wrong) for Khichadi Cooking. If you know about this Panch Forun, kindly guide.

You can check the recipe in the bhoga section or doing a search on the recipe in this site itself.
Regarding panch foran, the ingredients are - 2 tsp jeera/ cumin seeds, 1 tsp methi dana/ fenugreek seeds, 2 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp kala jeera/ black cumin seeds and 1 tsp saunf/ aniseed. Mix them and keep them in the masala box and use when necessary.
