I am living in chennai.I am B.E graduate Computer Science.I was working as a lecturer in polytechnic college for the past 5 years and left my job due to commutation problem.I want a job either in I.T or in polytechnic college.With grace of Lord Krishna,If anyone from chennai devotee help me to get a suitable job i will be happy.

My sincere best wishes in your search for a new job. A job is a very important part of life of human being but also for a devotee.
It is very important for you to read the sections on work as a sacrifice in the Bhagavad-Gita.
It will help you to understand more about work, the kinds of work that can help us to progress spiritually.
Of course, everyone needs to maintain his body, help his relatives, participate in society and work helps us to achieve that. However, it is very important to understand how to dedicate your work actions to Lord Krsna every day, even your research for work. This will help you to avoid the binding effects of work.
In the Bhagavad-Gita As It Is book, there are wonderful explanations how many of us are bound by the reactions of our work, because we do not surrender the results of the daily work to Lord Krsna. The material energy is very very strong and therefore, whatever actions you are doing at work and even after work can bind you. What this means is that you have to be reborn in next life because of the reactions and results of your work, which can be positive or negative.
Another very important thing is to try to perform devotional service for Lord Krsna. And since you are not currently employed, without offence or irony, during this time when you have some more time available, please try to use this time to help in serving Krsna. There are so many ways, helping in devotee communities, helping through temple service, helping in gosalas, helping in farms. It is up to you to decide where you feel more inclined and happy to serve provided Krsna is at the centre of the devotional service.
Very often, it may not be easy to be sure if the service is bona-fide because in Kali Yuga, there are always some imperfections and it often takes time to get to know devotees and how to collaborate with them effectively.
But it is very important to start somewhere and help with sincerity. I have gone through this process myself and it is very useful for purifying ourselves and also helps mentally because you will feel the stress of work and material life less.
