I am having one question.. In iskcon , how to perform shringar darshan aarti? Like what things we should offer and in which manner? Should we offer Lamp and Conch shell with water or not during Darshan Aarti? And how should we offer scent to lordships?

PAMHO.
It depends on whether you are doing other aratis or not. If you are doing mangalarati also, then darshan arati time, you can do full arati with all paraphernalia, or only dhoop and deep.
Ideally 3 aratis a day for grihastas. I know of devotees who do all 3 aratis with full paraphernalia.
Otherwise darshan arati you can decide the level of worship and stick to it.
