No, this isn't right. Have you gone through all the books?
In the books Prabhupada explains that the body is given by material nature and if one voluntarily destroys this body he may not get a gross body next time. In other words those who conmit suicide are most likely to become ghosts.
This subject matter is elaborately explained in the Garuda Purana. It is not at all nice to commit suicide.
