1-Should we not water or pluck the leaves of tulsi on dwadashi and Sundays?
2-So can we use Tulsi on ekadashi?
3- (if the answer of questions 2 is yes only then) what if ekadashi is on Sunday.
Also, I plucked the leaves of tulsi today (on Sunday) but I didn't knew at that time, but after I got to know, I did dandvat in front of tulsi and begged forgiveness, should I do something else too, to apologise?

Yes, You shouldn't water Tulasi maharani on Sundays' and plucking also to be avoided on Sundays'
If the Sunday is a dwadashi day like yesterday. don't pluck or water that day.
Watering, disturbing of any sort should be avoided on Dwadashi day as Tulasi maharani is resting.
Ekadashi day if you have to do Tulasi arpan to Lord's feet. Please pluck extras manajari's or leaves before day itself and save them for using it on Ekadashi day.
Pls. avoid plucking of any sort on Ekadashi, Dwadashi and Sundays.
Please avoid watering on Sundays' and dwadashi day's
Please donot go near to Tulasi maharani on all days after SUNSET

Apologise. But if you are using her for Lord. She wont be unhappy. She will surely forgive. Most humblest maiyya in the entire universe is Tulasi maharani.
Mujhe Tulasi ji bahut pasand hai personally. I take care of her like my sister.
If tulasi is growing in a household properly that means there is hari bhakti going on properly in that house.
If Tulasi isn't there or it is dried up that means there is demon's influence in that house.
If you want to test your bhakti... She is the parameter.
