Is it possible for nitya baddha to become nitya mukta

Hare Krishna to all the devotees

All glories to srila Prabhupada

There are two kinds of living entities

  1. Nitya baddha (eternally conditioned) who are from eternity (from the life cycle of many many brahmās) conditioned and suffering in the mesires of material nature (bhotik jagad)
  2. Nitya mukta (eternally liberated) who are from eternity service radha Krishna with pure love (in golok vrindavan).

So is it possible for these eternally conditioned souls (like me) to become eternally conditioned.

Since these liberated souls (eternal associates of lord krishna) come to this world to teach us how to go back to home, back to Godhead (like srila Prabhupada) , and partake in the divine pastimes (līla) of lord , as they have intimate relationship with lord, so for souls like me (who are eternally conditioned ) is it possible to become a eternally liberated soul, who are so high that they are with lord in his pastimes!?

Disclaimer:- i am not trying to saying that I want to become LIKE srila Prabhupada, I am just asking whether is it possible to become A LIBERATED SOUL like him.

Jai gaur nitai

Yes. all gopikas and the manjari's who are closely present in service of  Shree Shree Radha Krishna , who can enter freely into Nivrttta NIkunj pastimes who can access to the most confidential pastimes and participate in the leela are all nitya siddhas.

We jivas's are eternally conditioned as we are contaminated by maya. But when we come in contact with guru who is in parampara ( like Srila Prabhupada) who can place us in Manjar's seva.

We can become jivan mukt when present in this world.. when enter the goloka we get our original swaroopa and we may get chance to be serving Manjari's.

Max. one can hope is to become a sevika of manjari's who inturn are serving pradhaan gopis' who are inturn in service of Shree Shree Radha Krsna.

That is also an exalted position to expect.

                    • lotus pe ana have to show something

                    • What about back bencher ?

Lord certainly pays great attention to back benchers!

                    • NO never I wanted to become a main character. But yes, I feel a bit weird if Lord will ever come to us also?

                    • So you are a sharaarati back bencher laughing

                    • Let me ask you a question!

As a teacher are you more concerned about the front benchers or the back benchers?

                    • Don't worry mataji I heard from HG amogh lila prabhuji who addressed the very same concern saying that krishna is personal with every devotee, he himself comes to take us with him , talks to us , embraceses us , introduces is to shrimati Radha Rani, then to yashoda mahiya, nanda maharaj, and then takes us to nitya lila in golok

                    • Bura? For that we cannot become direct servants of Radha Krishna?

  • Hare Krishna,

In Vaiṣṇava philosophy there are three ways for perfection—namely sādhana-siddha, perfection attained by executing devotional service according to the rules and regulations, nitya-siddha, eternal perfection attained by never forgetting Kṛṣṇa at any time, and kṛpā-siddha, perfection attained by the mercy of the spiritual master or another Vaiṣṇava. Kavirāja Gosvāmī here stresses kṛpā-siddha, perfection by the mercy of superior authorities. This mercy does not depend on the qualifications of a devotee. By such mercy, even if a devotee is dumb he can speak or write to glorify the Lord splendidly, even if lame he can cross mountains, and even if blind he can see the stars in the sky. ( CC ADI 8.5 Purport)

Nitya siddha are eternal residing with Krishna. They come along with Krishna to do pastimes and they go along with Krishna back when the leela is done.

We jivas are nitya badha. We have something called original swaroopa in goloka.

Our svarūpa means original, constitutional position is jīvera svarūpa haya nitya-kṛṣṇa-dāsa (Cc. Madhya 20.108-109), eternally servant of Kṛṣṇa.

But the  form of that service (mañjarī-bhāva, sakhya-bhāva, vatsalya bhava) is revealed by Kṛṣṇa to the sincere devotee.

It is by devotional service a nitya baddha can attain goloka and become servant of krishna attain any of the bhavas and even attain the status of manjari bhava or gopi bhava which is considered to be highest and topmost of service.

But thats the limit of sadhana siddha /kripa siddha devotees they can at max. become the servant of servants or maximum they can become is Manjari's sevika ( Like we hold on to Srila Prabhupada.. Srila

Prabhupada gives Kripa we can be placed under Rupa Manjari's sevika position.

Don’t expect more than this—you and I cannot become Radha or the principal gopis. We forgot God in the 8.4 million species of life; we are people deeply entangled in maya. Just because in one lifetime all the sins from the 8.4 million species are supposedly cleansed and one becomes eternally perfect—this is a lie.

Yes, through spiritual practice, sins are cleansed, and we can become eligible to serve. By the mercy of the Lord or guru kripa, this can also be attained, and in that case the process is a little faster than through practice. Both, however, reach the same status: becoming a sevak or sevika of Krishna’s servants—like a servant of a servant (dasa-anudasa or dasi-anu dasi) or  a sevika of a manjari. This is a very exalted position. We, being entangled in maya, can never become nitya siddhas.

    Hope it is clear

    Hare Krishna

    • Yes mataji , it is clear now

      Hare Krishna
