  • Hare Krishna Prabhu! Plz accept my humble obeisances! All glories to Srila Prabhupada! Dear Prabhuji you have not made a mistake by asking this question. We should ask all our doubts to saintly persons who will clear our doubts. Because doubts are like demons & they will destroy our devotional service if we dont clear them up from autheriy. As far as my knowledge it is not offensive to take beads out of bead bag. But because of bead bag we can chant nicely by keeping one hand free. Beads are sacred things they should be kept at a clean & nice place. Thank you!

A Prabhu close to me told me these few words, so I will share it with you
Beads are very sacred and we keep them clean and away from all unclean things, therefore we keep them in a bag.
It is not really important. Whatever you feel comfortable doing. Main thing is just chant Hare Krishna
