Hare Krishna! PAMHO!
Just now, in the morning, my mother scolded me because I didn't refrigerate the dishes when she told me to last night. When she asked me to do so, I told her that I'll pack the dishes in the tupperware right after I had finished reading one page of my biology and I forgot to refrigerate the dishes.
Not only this, a few days ago, I had a monthly test in college and I left my calculator at home. I realised that it wasn't in my bag only in the morning of the test day before the test.
The worst one was on of the weekday morning(this week), I used my mother's android phone in the car and left it on the car dashboard. My mother parked her car in a public parking lot. I had put her phone, car, identity(fb, twitter, what's app were all logged in, messages and phone numbers) at risk. She had to call her colleague to help her get her phone again by driving 30 km back to the parking lot. I really felt extreme bad and I never wanted to be forgetful again but it seems like it's attacking me all the time.
There are many other incidents(too many I just can't remember) too.
Please prabhujis and matajis, tell me what to do. I am hating myself for being such a forgetful person. I know I should double check things and should aware of things always but I forget about doing so at those times.
Is there any cure to this forgetfulness or is it leading me to a serious disease? I don't want to be forgetful.

Your mind tries to get rid from something, and in this way the symptoms come. You should pay attention when you forget what, what are the circumstensils.
Forgetting means avoiding something. Try to face what you afraid from.
Feel what your body tries to tell you, meditate deeply. Maybe you are fed up by an unsolved situation, and it is kept in your subconscious.
Radhe Radhe ♥
very nice question Mataji!
Yes, Kamala Gopika Mataji is saying correct concentration of mind will be very helpful.
Japa - but attentive one.
It also may be because we are dreaming too much; we live in our mental world. That is good but that is not good in such cases as You mentioned above.
For example, Kapablanka (or Alekhin if i do not do a mistake) - World chess champion used to memorize and analyze 30-40 movements prior to their happening but forgot where his cigarette was - it was in his upper part of ear where some people usually keep pen etc.
ATTENTIVENESS. When we are attentive to someone we will be attentive to his or her things also.
When we are attentive we learn what person likes or dislikes and accordingly. Serve them as per their wish not our own.
And attentiveness is a sign of love. When we love someone we are very much attentive to that person.
So by chanting the Holy Names we will achieve love for Krishna which means we will love everyone.
If we observe saintly people - we can notice that they are very attentive even to very small living beings.
As like Lord Rama saw even a spider. So Devotees also will have qualities of Krishna.
Your servant,
hare krishna sandhya gi.i know one method it is to do meditation you will get concentration and doing japa is also there for solution of all problems.in concentration of other things you may forget these things.
