Is Bread and Kalonjee ingredient tamsic??? Shud it be offered to Lord Krishna???

HARE KRISHNA TO ALL

Bread contains yeast. And I heard sum few dayzz back that kalonjee adds taste of onion to food.So is it satvik to consume??? Last but not the least,,, IS THERE ANY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RAJASIC AND TAMASIC WORDS ???

          hare krishna prabhuji,

          actually shravan prabhujis comment has made me little confused..yoghurt, idlis, dosa etc . are they offered???

            Any food produced by the process of fermentation is not offer-able to Krishna.  Please read the fermentation process and you'll understand..  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fermentation_(food)
