I am not sure of any direct views of Srila Prabhupada on Stock market per se. However, if you are considering short term speculative trading - this would be considered as close to gambling. This was one of the discussions and the result thereof in one of our Bhakti Vrndas.
Even long term investments are subject to market fluctuation and hence a cause of concern for the investor. So, whatever makes you more anxious of any aspect, other than Krsna should be avoided. "Pratikulasya varjanam" - trust this helps.
