There has been increase in violence and sexual abuse towards women in recent times. What do you think is the root cause for these incidents and how can these be curbed from taking place?

Good to see the replies.
There are youth coming out in public and making some kind of program called Kiss of love to show that kissing in public is not unlawful. So, I was wondering what impact would these kind of acts have on majority of society. Doesn't these kind of acts make them more vulnerable? Its okay that some of the educated can understand what they are trying to convey. But what about the others? Don't they think that women, themselves are coming out like this, then what's the big deal if we rape them. And again, why the hue and cry when they get raped? In the name of freedom if they could do these kind of things, then isn't it justified the men with lower understanding to think they have the freedom to do what they want(commit rapes)?
And why can't women understand that when somebody tells them this? Its for their own good. They just forcefully come back saying your thinking is backward and they do more of this out of just ego and to prove a point that doesn't have any benefit for them.
In this kaliyuga, the senses are the most powerful and doing these kinds of things is just like raising them more vigorously.

if girls would be protected there would be lesser chance of spoiling them.
Protection means:
1. Emotional
2. Spiritual
3. Material
4. Physical
So girls become spoiled because they lack some of these protections. Some need money, some need emotional support, some need physical protection...
It is very difficult to do job and make money even for men so what to speak of girls?
So out of those frustrations sometimes unprotected girls go for easier jobs like selling their beauty in the form of ads, film industry, night clubs, fashion...

in kali yuga, non vedic and modern way of living and behavior of a women is cose of this problem.
thier public behavior of easy coming into mans association make them very easy target.
women should never go alone in the public, in vedic civilization this is not aloud.
women going alone in the public is aloud only if she is looking for man to get married,
otherwise ,she always need to have some company when she goes in the public.
It can be decreased in number by distributing Bhagavad Gita As It Is.
And Krishna Prasadam.
And Harinamas!
All other types of preachings.
By becoming ourselves perfect Devotees.
