As far as I know this kavach is given by temple priest after consecreting it and after reciting mantras and adding power to the it. One who has Vaak Shuddhi. Who is free from all bad vices and who atleast chants 16 malas and who folllows regulative principles perfectly can only give this kavach to others. A temple priest is having this position to give this kavach to anyone. We could be doing all rituals 16 malas and doing regulative principles also perfectly but as we are not free of Anarthas yet right?
We are not fully cleansed off our sinful past karmic backlogs yet. We need to take these type of kaavch from someone who is very very senior in position.
