Importance of Dandavat Pranama to the Deities

Please Accept My Humble Obeisances& Dandavats.All Glories to Srila Prabhupada, Sri Guru & Gauranga.Hare KrishnaI know dandavats are a sign of full surrender.All 8 limbs touch the floor.Is this more important to do than simply getting on knees and touching the floor with the forehead?Please forgive my ignorance. I hope this question can help us increase our bhakti.Your aspiring servant,Bhakta David

Performing dandavat obeisances is offering full surrender..We surrender to the one we give dandavat...
