Is it really difficult to implement the teachings of Bhagwat Gita in our life?

I came across many people telling it is impossible to do it fully . Only thing common among them was all were followers of practice which tells impersonal brahman is the absolute truth.

The main thing is one cannot implement Bhagwat gita in his life unless one is surrendered to lord.
