What happens if my new Tulsi kanthi mala falls on floor by mistake. Can I wear it again ?

PAMHO.
Ideally before wearing tulsi kanthi mala, we offer at the lotus feet of the deities and then only wear it. If it falls on the floor, pick it up and wear. If you have reservations, wash, put again at the lotus feet of Their Lordships and wear.
Do not think so much about it.
