in Bhagvad Geeta Ch. 8 Verse 5

anta-kale ca mam eva smaran muktva kalevaram
yah prayati sa mad-bhavam yati nasty atra samsayah

Meaning:- And whoever, at the time of death, quits his body, remembering Me alone, at once attains My nature. Of this there is no doubt.

if he is not so qualified as a devotee then depend his motion of  mind, where is his mind engage he can get animal boby according to his desire, And a devotee get a new humane body for his spiritual practice

  • soul progresses in devotion not human and animal.

if one chants mahamantra once sure he will be given many facilities to progress

bharat maharaj progress more in devotion in deer body than men body.

krishna is more eager than us to take us back to his home

  • Hare Krishna!!

Yes, indeed!! If one spends their life as a devotee, he/she would start his/her next life from where he/she has left.

Conciousness levels are different of Humans and Animals. It's because of that only, it's being said that one should use their human life for the service of God.

Some of the animals are also having a higher Conciousness level. For an example, in Savar Kundla where we were living, my mother used to recite Shrimad Bhagwatam at ours neighbour's house. There one small puppy (Kid of Dog) used to come and he seats in the lap of my mother silently and be seated there till Satsang is completed.

Many a times, we are still remembering that puppy and thinking that he will defnitely get birth as a human in his next life.

    Hare Krishna!!!

  • Jai Shri Krishna..

The person at time of death takes on the form he remembered at the time of his death.  Its important to learn to remember Krishna so that we are freed from the cycle of birth and death.  When one is killed then one has to take birth again to complete one's course and hopefully gain Krishna consciousness to be liberated to Goloka Vrindavana.  Animals however has to go through various births and death for them to get a chance to appear in a human form again.  They can be liberated depending on the time of death they hear the Lord's name.  The human form is the best form to be in to get the chance of liberation to Goloka Vrindavana and never to be reborn again.
