    yes, when Lord comes to Earth He comes to teach us with His own examples. So we have to learn from His actions.

      Thanks...this is what I expected.. This convinced me that Lord comes to Earth to teach us with his own example. I just wanted to know, keeping both of them as my ideal, can I put their actions & principles into practice in my daily life in this Kaliyuga..

        yes, not only Ramayana we can also read Srimad Bhagavatam. There are also so many stories of chaste wives from which we can learn many things and apply to our life.
        
        For example, Sukaniya. Kunti Devi, Draupadi, Gandhari...
        
        In the reality ancient times girls indeed were educated like that only. Senior ladies of the house like grand mothers, aunts, mother used to tell stories of such great ladies and small girls used to select one great lady as an example and act as like her.
        
        Wear clothes like that lady, speak like that lady, learn her qualities...
        
        So it is ok and it is used to be so.
        
        So all we girls should read Srimad Bhagavatam and teach this knowledge to our future kids.

        Thanks for the reply. Now my doubt got cleared and I can now keep an ideal in front of me in times of difficulties or hardships to motivate me, inspire me to do my Dharma..in the right spirit.

    Lord Rama gives blessings very easily. So we can ask for Krishna prema. But it will be foolish to try to imitate. We should follow only a Guru.
