Do not interact with internet/ social media after 8 pm.
Sleep early, wake up at 4 am. Chant your rounds and do mangalarati.
These are ways in which one controls one's mind.

Please chant minimum 4 rounds daily. Increase the number of rounds by 2 gradually, till you come to 16 rounds.
Please tell us something about yourself - you are student, working, own business,......? You appear to be very young - if student, which class are you in?

Dont worry about breaking vows right now. Its like a child learning to walk. Initially the child will fall, then get up and walk again. That is our situation. Get up and get back to your sadhana.
