Gujarati Theplas are the best choice as they can be had alone.
For this you need wheat flour, any masala of your choice and knead it wih curd, do not touch water. this can stay for a week.
You can have pickles with them.
Any paratha or puri made with curd or milk will stay longer.Do not use water.

Any sabji made with oil, so that the water part is evaporated, stays fine for little more than 24 hrs. Can avoid potato.

You can also pack dry prasadam like chakli/murukku shakarpalis, nimkis, biscuits,.....
And all these can be made at home even few days before the journey.I think many ISKCON temples also sell them.

We do it often and by Krishna and Gurumaharaj's mercy we never had to have any thing other than prasadam even for long stays. The main ingredient is faith. If you have faith that Krishna wont allow you to taste anything other than prasadam then Krishna and Gurumaharaj helps.

  • Hare Krishna Prabhu,

When we travel, we try to make Karela Sabzi and Puri.
Avoid potato dishes as these spoil very fast...
