I have heard that since we have sinned so much, Krishna will not forgive us if approached directly.But he will forgive us if a pure devotee recommends us to him. Similar to the story of Lord Indra and Krishna.Please tell me how we can serve the topmost devotee, Goddess Srimathi Radharani.Thanks in advance.Hare Krishna!

We can serve Shrimati Radharani through chanting Hare Krishna Mahamantra itself.

“Srimati Radharani is the mother of the universe, the spiritual mother of all souls. And the concept of mother is the most sacred symbol—that of purity, selflessness, caring, sharing, nurturing, and love. That is why our sacred mantra is the holy names. It is the holy names in the vocative. Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare / Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare.
“‘Hare’ means ‘Radhe.’ It is a plaintive, desperate cry for the mother. ‘Radhe! Please wake us up from this nightmare of mortal life! Remind us of the father we have forgotten and take us home!’”
In the Krishna consciousness movement, devotees carefully worship Srimati Radharani as the bestower of devotional service to Krishna, by attentively chanting her name in the maha-mantra, by worshiping her deity form, and by following the instructions of the most merciful Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, who is the combined form of Radha and Krishna.
“(Therefore) Radha is parama-devata, the supreme goddess, and She is worshipable for everyone. She is the protectress of all, and She is the mother of the entire universe.” —Caitanya Caritamrita, Adi 4.89.
also yesterday in the lecture of HH Radhanath Swami Maharaja one Mataji gave the similar question.
Maharaj told that all Guru Parampara are followers of Srimati Radharani.
She is the best servant of Krishna and She teaches others to serve to Him very nicely.
So by following the instructions of our Guru, and other Gurus in the Parampara we will please Srimati Radharani.
She is a Divine Goddess. So we have to be humble and consider ourselves shame full to approach her directly. But we can approach Her being a servant of servant's servant.
For example, at Radha Gopinath Temple congregation we cannot approach Guru Maharaj directly. But even a new comer will be connected to mentors then to counselors. Those counselors have their counselors, ...in this way it reaches Maharaj.
So when we need advice or help we go to our mentors or counselors not directly to Maharaj.

BTW when I said '... Similar to the story of Lord Indra and Krishna', I am not comparing myself to Lord Indra. I'm just a fallen soul.
