it is nice idea but in this age of Kali this process of meditation is very difficult. But possible. Especially HH Sachinandana Swami Maharaj gives very nice lecture about meditation to the Form of Krishna.

Body is not the observer , it is we the Atman who observes and body is being observed. It is we the Atman who sees the changes happening in the body as years passes by . When mind is withdrawn from material desires then Atman shines forth and we the Atman observes everythings surronding us is changing but we the Atman simply remaining as a constant observer , this proves that we don't change, only the body and circumstances changes, thus we are soul not this body.

Hare Krishna Santosh Prabhu, please accept my humble obeisances! All glories to Srila Prabhupada!

For time being we have to accept it theoretically and use our body in the service of the Lord by taking enough care of it. Only practical process is to chant the Holy Names and we will realize it.

For example, we had realization that how material desires vanish to some extent while we chant and senses become like a dead matter. The happiness which Devotee derives from chanting is so, so, so high that after that when he tries to enjoy his senses he feels frustration because senses are dead. They do not give such like immense happiness as like the Holy Names. That feeling is already is THAT ONE UNDERSTOOD THAT HE IS NOT THIS DEAD BODY WITH ITS DEAD SENSES BUT SOME ONE WITHIN IT, DEEP WITHIN THE HEART.

It is like to taste honey and then eat guava which seems tasteless after honey.
