    Just a "heads-up"..
    It's not recommended for devotees to consume Urad dhal during Chatur Masya. But it's offer able to Radha Krishna.
    May I join you after Chatur Masya for some "Radha Vallabhi"? :-)

    The meaning of "Radha Vallabhi" is that which is liked by Radharani.

    The recipe is as follows

    For the Stuffing

    Urad dal 1 cup soaked for few hours and then grind it to a paste (not too fine)
    Ginger 1 inch piece
    Chilly to taste
    Salt to taste
    Sugar to taste
    fennel (saunf) powder 2 tsp
    turmeric 1 tsp

    grind the ginger and green chilly nicely to a fine paste.
    Heat oil in a heavy pan.
    Add the chilly -ginger paste
    Let it change colour (cook to remove the rawness)
    Add the urad dal paste and then the rest of the ingredients.
    Stir continuously till well cooked.

    Let it cool.

    make small rounds of it and simultaenously you should make the maida dough into small balls of equal number

    then fill this stuffing into maida dough and deep fry.

    If you are preparing it for the first time then take half cup moong and half cup urad as only urad dal is slimy so it might be difficult to handle.
