There would be a hierarchy in base. PLease approach higher management if management does not cooperate. Before that, I would request you to please examine your heart to see whether the problem is with your attitude or with base managment. Your approaching higher management should be solely for the purpose of benefitting others, not one upmanship to prove you are right.
