How to start doing hard work both in bhakti and of course in career..?
My mind always says to start from a 'perfect day'...but that day never comes, and that's why I waste alot of time ⏲.
Kindly suggest how can I stop my laziness because I've been in laziness for around 1 year and now, this has become my deep sanskaar and habit.

I do not think you can start with a perfect day... you likely will never have a perfect day.
Start slowly and work up. If you want to start chanting more japa, start with a morning walk. You can easily chant 3 or 4 rounds in a half hour walk (probably more). Read a little every day. I started with the Gita, because it is not as indepth as the Bhagvatam, but whichever works for you. Actually you can start with something like Prabhupada Lilamrita (my favorite version is the1,300 page original instead of the multi-volume set).
Just do a little each day, and as you gain a real taste for it - you will automatically find more time for it.
