I am 19 year old student. I am visiting to VRINDAVAN alone, so can you please help how to visit this following places.(in cheap way) I also want to go to Radha Kund and Sri Goverdhan. I have two days three nights time.

Wonderful to note that you are visiting Vrindavan with a desire to go to so many places. One of the options with you is to contact the travel desk at ISKCON Vrindavan. Normally, some group or the other is going to these places, you can join.
Other option is to take a rickshaw, discuss with him before you start itself what all places he is taking you to and for how much (pls dont bargain too much, they are all exalted devotees).
There are other places you have missed out on your list - Nidhivan, Seva kunj, Barsana, Nandgaon, Ter Kadam, Kusum Sarovar..... lots of places in Vrindavan. Pls visit the travel desk as I mentioned, they will surely help you. If you join a group, your learning will be more and you will enjoy more.
