How to avoid this kind of sinful action?

Hare Krishna. I have a question that I would like to know the answer to. yesterday, I had to cut the grass and clean the garden. While cutting the grass with the machine there was lots of insects ,worms , slugs and other stuff and I think I kinda killed them.well after cutting I saw like they were separated from there bodies there was lots of snails and their shell got broken...At night I couldn't sleep.I got nightmares my garden got flooded with blood and the insects were moving.Since yesterday I am feeling really upset. By the way, because I knew there would be insects and stuff I was chanting while cutting the grass and i was praying for them.SO PRABHU IS KRISHNA ANGRY AT ME?? What to do in this kind of situation? How to go about it in future?

  •  Hare Krishna PAMHO Prabhu ji,

What i heard from the senior vaishnavas is ,if we chant the Hare Krishna Mahamantra always also while doing any activity then the good or bad reaction will be not applicable .Like during cooking/Cleaning  there are so many insects /warms killed unknowingly. so if we chant the mahamantra then from the sound vibration all those insects /warms got a better opportunity to get a proper spices of body to get out of this material world .

    • The transcendental sound  of holy name vibrated by pure devotee can not be compared with same vibration of others. Similar to that, hearing about Lord from neophytes and materialists can not give the same results as from those with waken love for Lord.

Vaishnava who knows all that,  clearly understands  why the association of pure devotee is  essential.

  • Sri Krishna said :

Bg 2.17That which pervades the entire body you should know to be indestructible. No one is able to destroy that imperishable soul.

Bg 2.18The material body of the indestructible, immeasurable and eternal living entity is sure to come to an end; therefore, fight, O descendant of Bharata.
Bg 2.19Neither he who thinks the living entity the slayer nor he who thinks it slain is in knowledge, for the self slays not nor is slain.
Bg 2.20For the soul there is neither birth nor death at any time. He has not come into being, does not come into being, and will not come into being. He is unborn, eternal, ever-existing and primeval. He is not slain when the body is slain.
Bg 2.21O Pārtha, how can a person who knows that the soul is indestructible, eternal, unborn and immutable kill anyone or cause anyone to kill?
Bg 2.22As a person puts on new garments, giving up old ones, the soul similarly accepts new material bodies, giving up the old and useless ones.
Bg 2.23The soul can never be cut to pieces by any weapon, nor burned by fire, nor moistened by water, nor withered by the wind.
Bg 2.24This individual soul is unbreakable and insoluble, and can be neither burned nor dried. He is everlasting, present everywhere, unchangeable, immovable and eternally the same.
Bg 2.25It is said that the soul is invisible, inconceivable and immutable. Knowing this, you should not grieve for the body.
    .
    Anyway :
If you see the hungry living beings, feed them
If you see helpless ones, then help them
Sacrificing the body and life for the sake of the helpless ones consider to be best way of adoring the Lord.
    Bg 2.17
This verse more clearly explains the real nature of the soul, which is spread all over the body. Anyone can understand what is spread all over the bo…
