How many and whom are all the mothers?

Hare Krishna to all the devotees 

All glories to srila Prabhupada 

I have read in a comment on this very website that there are many mothers (6 if I am not wrong), such as mother cow, so cows should not be slaughtered especially, and also any animal, and I guess mother earth is also one of them , but can someone please tell what are the rest?

    1) The mother who gives birth.

    2) The cow because we drink her milk.

    3) Mother Earth

    4) The nurse

    5) The Guru's wife

    6) The Brahmin's wife

    7) The King's wife
