My Lord Śrī Kṛṣṇa, a cowherd boy who is engaged in tending cows, playing flute and loving affairs. why do you want to engage him in coding ?? This is not fair :) Do you really think a cowherd boy need that ?? I am sure He is only expert in loving exchanges with his devotee's, for his heart is only made of pure love. how come anything material be stay there ?? He always take delight in his internal energy. He is not even interested in creating material universes,for it is done by his energies/expansion then what to speak about programming??
Well It is not like that Krishna doesn't know programming, he is developer of the hosts of developers but actually he doesn't want to do that, i will tell you a secret not even his devotee's like that is why they all leave high coding profile and go to vrindavan
The questions are good till they are innocent and not due to ignorance. The answer is simple; Yes, Krishna knows all the knowledge that exists including Computer Programming :) because even the brain of the most intelligent of all the programmers is nothing but a very small atom amonst the whole universe created by Krishna. Even the intelligence is coming from Krishna.
