PAMHO.
Krsna decides whether He wants to appear through parents for without parents. If you see, Matsya, Kurma, Kachapa, Mohini, Nrisimha are all without father mother. THen during Nrisima pastime, after Hiranyakasipu was killed and the lord had to be pacified, he could be pacified only by Prabhlad Maharaj. Then the lord made Prahlad maharaj sit on his knee and stroked him. THis gave the lord a lot of pleasure and thats why after Nrisimha, lord has appeared everytime through parents (Vaman, Buddha, Rama, Krsna, Kalki).
Krsna's birth and pastimes are transcendental. One who understands this does not have to take birth again in this materail world, as mentioned by the lord Himself in Chapter 4 of Gita - janma karma ca me divyam, yo me vetti tattvatah.....

Lord descends at the time of birth and His birth is transcendental. Does Mother get the feeling ( physical + emotional ) during the months prior to the birth ?

Yes, mother Devaki was having birth pangs for 12 hours - from 12 noon till midnight, when the lord finally appeared. That is why it is said in north India, do not eat or drink anything in these 12 hours,because mother Devaki is going through so much pain.

Thats not true, mother Devaki did not have any birth pangs :

SB 10.2.20 — Because the Supreme Personality of Godhead was within her womb, Devakī illuminated the entire atmosphere in the place where she was confined. Seeing her jubilant, pure and smiling, Kaṁsa thought, “The Supreme Personality of Godhead, Viṣṇu, who is now within her, will kill me. Devakī has never before looked so brilliant and jubilant.”
Thank you. I am still full of doubts. But I am not even clear how shall I frame my doubts into words. I shall come to this question again for getting all of you pure devotee's mercy.

Lord Krishna comes down into the materiel world through Lord Vishnu.all of Lord krishnas avatars arise from Lord vishnu into this material world.
From Karonakadashaya Vishnu (Maha Vishnu)----> Garbhodhaka shaya vishnu ( The Vishnu in each Universe & the above mentioned Vishnu from which all Avatars of krishna Arise into the Mrityu Loka/Material World )--------> Kshriodgashaya vishnu (Paramathma Vishnu)
SB 10.3.46 — Śukadeva Gosvāmī said: After thus instructing His father and mother, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, remained silent. In their presence, by His own transcendental power, He then transformed Himself into a small human child.

The four hand Lord transformed Himself into small human child by His own spiritual energy, called atma maya :
bhagavān ātma-māyayā
pitroḥ sampaśyatoḥ sadyo
babhūva prākṛtaḥ śiśuḥ
Thanks. May be I have asked this question too early as I am far far away from 10th canto!! Some doubts in mind like - Did Devaki's womb undergone the 9 month process as explained by Lord Kapila in SB 3/31 ? Maybe, I shall be able to put the queries more clearly after reaching 10 canto only.
No, nothing is ordinary when Lord incarnates.
