Hi everyone, I’ve been trying to become more consistent with my daily chanting recently, but I keep struggling with concentration. Sometimes I start sincerely, but after a few minutes my mind drifts toward work, stress, or random thoughts, and I realize I’ve been chanting mechanically instead of attentively.
I wanted to ask devotees here if you have any practical methods that genuinely helped you improve focus during japa. Do you change your environment, chant at a specific time, read before chanting, or maybe slow down the pace? I’m especially interested in small habits that made a noticeable difference over time.
Would really appreciate hearing real experiences from others who went through the same thing.
