We share simultaneous and inconceivable oneness and difference with the Lord, ' acintya bheda-abheda tattva ' promulgated by Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu.
On one hand it is normal to understand the ' difference ' being tiny individuals.
My question is how to see the oneness while keeping in mind the difference with the Lord?
If we are qualitatively same as the Lord then what are those qualities besides being eternal and conscious?

There are two extremes.
When one considers himself very different from God. The gross materialists come under this category.
The other are the mayavadis who see no difference between themselves and God.
Neither class is able to understand Krsna.

The word Radha means " she who has attained (radhyate) perfection in all qualities such as beauty, which are desired by the greatest hero among men. "
Or
Radha can mean " She who brings the crest jewel among all heroes under control by the excellence of the sweetness of her extraordinary love. "
Anayaradhito nunam bhagavan harir isvarah:
Certainly this particular gopi has perfectly brought under control the all-powerful Lord who takes away distress.

The wording "she who has attained perfection"
but in Gaudiya Vaishnava philosophy
Srimati Radharani does not become perfect by attaining perfection through practice. She is eternally perfect (nitya-siddha). All transcendental qualities exist in Her eternally.
She is not sadhana sidhha to become perfected like us.
