how can we personally feel the presence of soul? means how can we know that soul never dies?how can we know that at the time of death body dies but not the soul at the time of death?

and also as we know every second new cells are taking birth and old ones die in the form of hair, nails...
in this for 7 years all the cells of the body fully refreshed. Body is new!
But we are the same still.
What does it say about? That we are not body but something who is within the heart.
And also we do are sure that mind is there because we can not see mind. But we can feel mind.
In this way the we can feel or learn the soul.

As Srijon Prabhu and Dwaipayan Prabhu already stated that Shastra has greater force than human perception in matter of Spiritual subject. I would like to give some practical example from my limited understanding.

Hmm. The prove of soul is that you are Conscious, you are aware,Conscious of any object you perceive through senses. You were conscious when you were a child, you were conscious when you were a boy and you are conscious now in your youth. But just observe that though you were conscious of the childhood,boyhood and now but your body has changed eventually. So what does that mean? it means that you are simply an observer of all the events happening to you from childhood to present day, but strangely the same body you possessed at childhood is no longer same you got a different look and structure, but you remember all this. This proves that the consciousness , which is the symptom of the conscious being remain unchanged, only the body and circumstances changes by the influence of time. That is why Krishna is saying this verse in BG
Bg 2.22 : As a person puts on new garments, giving up old ones, the soul similarly accepts new material bodies, giving up the old and useless ones.
Another prove of soul is different from matter , matter can't experience anything but the living entity experience pain and pleasure. Just look at your surroundings , if we beat a table with hammer does it make any response ? Nooo. But if someone attack us we immedietly make response and try to defend. This proves the presense of an intelligent being in the lump of matter body.
So rest assured and Keep faith in Krishna's word. This is more than metaphysics and classical science.

Well...Prabhu Ji to feel the presence on the soul we have to trust the word of Krishna. HE says in Bhagavad Gita:
Bg 2.12 — Never was there a time when I did not exist, nor you, nor all these kings; nor in the future shall any of us cease to be.
Bg 2.16 — Those who are seers of the truth have concluded that of the nonexistent [the material body] there is no endurance and of the eternal [the soul] there is no change. This they have concluded by studying the nature of both.
Bg 2.17 — That which pervades the entire body you should know to be indestructible. No one is able to destroy that imperishable soul.
Bg 2.20 — For the soul there is neither birth nor death at any time. He has not come into being, does not come into being, and will not come into being. He is unborn, eternal, ever-existing and primeval. He is not slain when the body is slain.
Bg 2.22 — As a person puts on new garments, giving up old ones, the soul similarly accepts new material bodies, giving up the old and useless ones.
There's lot other verses too but thats too long to add in discussion. If one trusts Krishna's word thinking Him to be the Supreme Person then there's no need to know the presence of the soul by practical means.
