It is said that size of a soul is one thousandth part of a tip of a hair and it is not a spark but personality. My question is how it looks like if it is a personality?

Consciousness is its form as Consciousness is the only thing in which all 3 states of experience waking, dreaming and deep sleep take place in. The spiritual texts verify the soul as being Consciousness.

spiritual body is svarupa. Our original state of existence.
Hare Krishna dear Suchismita Mataji,
it says that each and every soul has its own svarupa in spiritual world: a tree or a cow, or a dust, flower or a girl....
And also it is true it says soul is very small. So Srila Prabhupada says that out of His compassion and love Krishna gives His body to a soul so that is the svarupa. It does not mean that if Krishna gives spiritual body we will become Krishna, no.
Everything belongs to Him. So He gives spiritual body in a bigger size :D so that souls serve Him and have relationships, lilas with Him.

Maybe it is not a personality. The closest definition I have come across it is the soul is consciousness.
