Can anyone elucidate me on the higher planes of existence from Earth? How are they like?
Also in Vaikuntha, how one gets there? How are forms of being there?

i do not want to bring shame to some one's name by speaking about him before so many people. But i used that example just to give correct understanding, that his mentality was not correct and we should not serve to Krishna like that.
i did not say that he is a sahjiya but it is going to be so. sometimes we want to get something so cheaply.

Pls anyone tell how to develop taste for spiritual life and give up material allurements? what should be our state of mind?

as like Manitabh Prabhu told we have to associate with Devotees. For example, how we will know the sweetness of a sugar? only tasting it isn't it?!
Maybe we won't have taste for the association also but here we have to force ourselves and do that.
For example, husband everyday, every morning has to wake up and go to his job in order to earn money for his family. He will do it when he has desire and he will do that even there is not desire also.
As his duty.
In this way in the beginning Krishna Consciousness should be our duty. our heart is not pure enough in order to taste the real taste, because of that chanting is a burden to us.
But as soon the clouds of ignorance will be removed the sun will be seen - the nectar of the Holy Names will be revealed by the Mercy of Krishna.
Govinda is not our servant in order to order Him to make us happy. No. He is independent. But when we try to satisfy His senses then only automatically we will be satisfied.

There are 14 planetary systems in the universe earth is in the 7th planetary system. There are 6 planetary systems above bhuloka.. i.e bhurloka, maharloka, janaloka, swargaloka etc.
Swargaloka is the planet of the demigods, where there is abundant sense gratification available. Higher planetary systems contain sages who are engaged in meditation.
Vaikuntha contains many spiritual planets. And in each planet there is a presiding deity of Lord Vishnu. ex: Aniruddha, Upendra, Vasudeva etc. These planets are in a set of 24 and are many in number. Even the planet of Varaha, Kurma etc are present. These expansions are present in 4 handed Vishnu forms in those planets.
One gets there by unalloyed devotional service to Lord Vishnu and His devotees.
The forms of Beings in Vaikuntha are same as Lord Vishnu, They have four handed form and are eternally serving the Lord.

this material world is reflection of the spiritual world. It means residents of Goloka also have senses like: eyes, nose, hands, ears, skin...
It means they also have form, qualities, emotions, feelings...
It means they also have mothers, fathers, families, siblings, cows, cars...
It means they also have associations, interactions, relationships, parties...
It means they also eat, wear clothes, jewelery, cosmetics...
There are also trees, houses, palaces, rivers, oceans, flowers, animals, birds, bees...

the difference is:
Here are problems like: birth, disease, old age and death. And these things make our life horrible. Because we are - souls covered with material body made of earth, fire, water, air, ether, mind, intelligence and false ego. and our real senses are covered. Srila Prabhupada says that to try to enjoy in this material world is like to have sex in the coat. (please forgive me for this shamelessness!)

In the spiritual world we will have everything which we want. There are Trees which are Desire Trees. Cows which can give any kind of meal. No need to go to the job and work like an ass till nights. There wives do not leave husbands, or vise versa EVERYTHING IS ETERNAL :-)
Again and again Krishna comes here and wants to say that but we do not listen to Him.
For example, one monkey saw some nuts within a jar. with his hand wanted to take one but because the jar was thin he could not move out his hand with nut. he tried, tried, cried, cried...then some one told him to leave nut inside and just remove hand but he did not accepted that advise and continued to cry.

It says one can serve Krsna as uncle/aunt/gopa/gopi. It says one has to be raganuga bhakta to reach there. What is this form of Bhakti by which one can serve HIM in desired form?
at this stage we have to serve to Krishna as a servant, Sharanagat Prabhu.
then when time comes Krishna and our Gurudev will say to us our own form and our relationship with Krishna. whether we are a tree, cow, dust, manjari or a bee in the Spiritual world.
