Hare Krishna,
I wish to share something that is troubling me. Recently, I acted without thinking and killed an insect in my home by stamping.
Afterwards, I realized it was a mistake and I feel very guilty. I understand this is papam (sin), and I am seeking guidance on how to recover spiritually.
Will Krishna forgive me if I sincerely repent and continue chanting His holy names? Please advise me on how I can purify myself and strengthen my devotion.

Last time your posted a question about Prayer OCD. Well, don't worry whatever happens is for a reason. Don't keep thinking that is a sin. Just say sorry to Krishna and offer 1 mala extra for that little creature and say to Krishna that ...because of my mistake this happened please forgive me and may this insect get a good birth. I am offering a mala of chants for the better life of this creature. Say Thank you Lord for considering my request. And get free off this sin.
Keep chanting that is why chanting is most important because everyday we are doing unlimited number of sins knowingly and unknowingly so.. we must offer our humble obeisances for all those creatures which are suffering because of us ( simply by taking in breath also you are unknowingly killing 1000's of microbes). As every action that we do has an equal and opposite reaction. To Neutralize this karma make is akarma.. we need to chant mahamantra daily.
Don't worry too much I know you are suffering from Spiritual OCD but thats okay. All of us are doing innumerable aparadh daily. Just keep chanting. All sins will be eradicated by the holy name.
